02. Does this mattress require a specific bed frame?

Our mattresses are engineered to perform on any flat, sturdy surface. This includes slatted frames (with slats no more than 3" apart), platform beds, or box springs. Using an unsupportive base can compromise the pressure-relief feel and overall performance of the mattress.

3. How are the mattresses shipped and how long does set up take?

All our mattresses ship from warehouses in the United States.  This ensures fast delivery and high-quality mattresses some of the mattresses should be allowed to expand and breathe for 24 hours before sleeping on them.
